To join one of our 12-month Internships you will be:

• Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year or graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2026
• Looking for work experience after completing A-Levels or an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
• Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 29th June 2026 - Friday 16th July 2027.
• We strongly advise that you do not apply to more than 1 Internship role to ensure that you are considered for the Internship that you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned to

What will I be doing?

As an IT Workplace Operations intern, you will be key to the successful productivity of the team. Technical support is our main function, but the intern will spend more time focusing on team productivity, ensuring processes and practices are being carried out to a high standard. At times, you will act as a junior project manager, gaining exposure to all projects and initiatives, and helping ensure those are delivered to the quality and time expectations of TechEx UK customers. Activities could include supporting order placements for building refurbishments in Europe, performing stock inventory checks, or providing reporting data for monthly operation reviews.

What do I need to bring to the role?

• An interest in technology and some basic expertise in IT and software
• Highly organised mindset
• Ability to work independently, being proactive and forward-thinking
• Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Basic understanding of Finance/Mathematics
