Programme Essentials

To join one of our 12-month Internships, you will be:

  • Currently an undergraduate studying at university, applying for a placement year in your 2nd or final year, or graduating in Summer 2026.
  • Looking for work experience after completing A-Levels or an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the internship from Monday 29th June 2026 to Friday 16th July 2027.
  • We strongly advise applying to no more than one internship role to ensure consideration for the role that best matches your interests and skills.
What will I learn from this opportunity?
  • Identify sales opportunities and support sales solutions and materials.
  • Assist the digital team with support and ideas to drive more sales.
  • Support lifecycle strategies and initiatives to keep content relevant.
  • Prepare weekly highlights for the senior management team.
  • Conduct reporting and industry research, including sales reports, market insights, and festival wrap-ups.
  • Research and provide feedback on new titles.
What do I need to bring to the role?
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and passion for content
