We are seeking a Register Manager to join our team!

Hunters rest is a supported living service that holds 13 self contained flats and specialises in the care for individuals with learning disabilities or mental health diagnosis.

What You'll be Doing

• Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home's financial sustainability.
• Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
• Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment

What You'll Need

• At least 1+ years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.
• Registered with CQC - Preferable but not essential.
• Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
• Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
