Regional VP of Sales & GTM Growth

Aphex in London is seeking a regional revenue leader to own the hub's grow engine, including strategy, cadence, and coaching infrastructure. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across sales, customer success and account management, with the goal of scaling ARR through land-and-expand motions.

You'll start with one region and expand to others, partner with founders on strategy, and build an operating system that delivers measurable, career-defining impact in construction technology.
