Job Description

East Kent Colleges Group seeks an experienced education professional to lead the Technical and Vocational Professional Development Hub. Working with regional leaders, you will drive professional learning, coaching, mentoring and networks to implement vocational reforms.

You will develop learning leads, champion improvement, and design workshops and masterclasses while using evidence to measure impact and priorities. This is a three-year fixed-term role with a salary of £48,644 per year.
