Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, East Europe

DP World Coventry is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead - East Europe to lead TA delivery across Romania, Türkiye, Serbia, Cyprus and the Balkans, while coaching a team of 4-6 specialists.

This hands-on, player-coach role requires strong leadership, deep sourcing expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio and drive inclusive hiring across Europe.
