Now we re looking for a Regional Support Manage who s just as comfortable leading teams as they are delivering top-quality valeting work on the ground.

Location

Ideally based in the Taunton,Yeovil and Exeter area.

What You ll Actually Be Doing

• Leading from the front with hands-on valeting preparing new and used vehicles to showroom and delivery standards
• Applying paint protection products, including ceramic coatings, to a high standard
• Supporting multiple sites across your region (yes, you ll be a bit of a road warrior)
• Jumping in to solve operational challenges before they turn into full-blown dramas
• Coaching, guiding, and supporting teams when they need it most
• Keeping clients happy (or even happier than they expected)
• Making sure standards stay high even when things get busy

What We re Looking For

• Strong, hands-on experience in vehicle valeting this is a core part of the role
• Proven experience preparing vehicles to showroom-level finish
• Experience with machine polishing and applying ceramic coatings/paint protection products
• Experience managing people, ideally across multiple sites
• Someone who can stay calm when everything else is less calm
• A natural problem-solver who doesn t wait to be told
• Strong communication skills (you ll be talking to everyone)
• A full UK driving licence (this one s non-negotiable )
