The role of Regional Support Manager is a key leadership position focused on driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.

About the role

As Regional Support Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. You will drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the region and provide focused support to key homes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of care
• Support Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQC
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions in collaboration with the Regional Director
• Interpret performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisions

About you / Qualifications

• A current NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification
• At least 3 years experience in a care home management role
• 5 years experience working with elderly care clients
• Proven ability to lead teams and support staff development
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes
