We are searching for an exceptional Regional Support Manager to join a well-respected, developing care provider to oversee the management of homes across the East Midlands.

Our client specialises in residential and clinical care for the elderly and those with dementia and has a great reputation in the region along with one of the best benefits packages around!

As Regional Support Manager, you will oversee management, quality assurance, compliance, and development of all nursing and residential homes.

My client is looking for individuals with at least 2 years of multi-site experience within Nursing & Care Homes, a nursing PIN or Level 5 Leadership & Management, and above all, a passion for care & a dynamic leadership style.

Successful candidates must be fully aware of CQC standards and possess excellent business skills, along with:

• Nurse qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong home management skills
• Regional Manager / Support Manager experience
• Ability to travel around the East Midlands
• Driving license
