Regional Support Manager - Clinical

• Support the Regional Director in managing a region/group of care homes to achieve performance targets and operational efficiency.
• Provide focus and support in key homes, ensuring compliance with standards, reporting, and service delivery.
• Support homes with transition processes following acquisitions.
• Identify problem areas and make recommendations in discussion with the Regional Director.
• Interpret information on regional performance against quality indicators and make suitable recommendations.

• Demonstrable experience in Care Home management roles.
• Nurse qualification and an active NMC pin.
• Experience supporting homes on a regional level.
• Proven experience supervising staff and staff development.
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Care for Care Homes.
