Regional SHEQ Leader: Safety, Compliance & Strategy

Irwin and Colton seeks a Regional Head of SHEQ to lead safety, health, environment and quality across our East Midlands regional projects. The role focuses on shaping strategy, driving improvements, and instilling a safety driven culture with external and internal stakeholders.

You will manage a SHEQ team, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote innovation and best practices in delivery across sites and communities. Excellent leadership and up to date sector knowledge are essential.
