As Regional Sales Manager for our Sports Medicine business across the South UK, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, influence strategic growth, and create an environment where people and performance thrive.

The Role Lead and Inspire a High Performing Team

You will inspire, coach and empower a team of 9 Sales Representatives to reach their full potential.

  • Coach, develop and challenge team members through meaningful performance conversations and development planning
  • Foster accountability, ownership and continuous improvement across the region
  • Identify and develop future leaders while building a strong succession pipeline

Deliver Commercial Performance

You will take ownership of regional performance and execute strategies that accelerate growth and expand market share.

  • Deliver sustainable sales growth and consistently exceed business objectives
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities and effective execution plans
  • Build robust territory plans, maintain a healthy pipeline and drive forecasting excellence
  • Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and commercial effectiveness
  • Leverage Stryker's best in class training, tools, analytics and support functions to optimise performance
Champion a Winning Culture

As a leader within the UK Endoscopy business, you will help shape the culture that makes Stryker a great place to work.

  • Lead with integrity, accountability and a people first mindset

  • Recognise success, provide candid feedback and support continuous growth
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Service, Pricing, Contracts, Clinical and Education teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

Put Customers at the Centre
  • Support the team in developing trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Lead strategic conversions, major commercial opportunities and product launches
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and clinical leaders across the region
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience
