Regional Retail Leader: Galway & Limerick

Sheridans Cheesemongers is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee five diverse locations in Galway and Limerick. The role demands a commercially minded, hands-on leader who drives sales, profitability and operational excellence across specialist food shops, cheese counters, a cheese wall, and a wine bar.

You will lead Team Leaders and Cheesemongers, travel between sites, and maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure consistent Sheridans standards and customer experience.
