Regional Regulatory Affairs & QA Leader (UK, IE & MT)

Baxter is seeking a seasoned Country Quality Assurance (CQA) & Regulatory Affairs (RA) Manager to lead Quality and Regulatory across the UK, Ireland and Malta.

You will shape regulatory strategies, oversee the QMS, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with EU GDP, EU GMP, MDR and local regulations. You will develop the UKI Malta QA/RA team and drive continuous improvement.
