Regional Recruitment & Employer Partnerships Lead

Sovereign & Bale in Newcastle is seeking a Lead Recruitment Manager to drive employer engagement, develop regional partnerships and lead recruitment activity across the North East. You will build strong relationships with employers, local authorities and sector organisations, manage a portfolio of accounts, and coach Recruitment Managers to achieve high performance.

This is a fast-paced leadership role requiring strategic thinking, excellent communication and a willingness to travel across the
