Job Description

Are you a Quality Lead looking to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects with a dynamic and progressive engineering company?

Rockwell are seeking an experienced Regional Quality Lead to join our growing team to support the Leinster and Midlands regions, on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of mechanical and HVAC projects across regulated and high-specification environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded throughout project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of project quality management systems across all project phases from design through installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Develop and oversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures and quality control processes to ensure successful and right-first-time project delivery.
  • Monitor project quality performance and ensure all activities are completed in compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards and Company management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, manage non-conformance reporting (NCRs), and drive corrective and preventative actions to support continuous improvement.
  • Review, maintain and control project quality documentation and QA/QC records including inspection reports, test records, calibration certificates, material traceability and project turnover documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality expectations are understood, implemented and maintained throughout project execution.
  • Support training and promote awareness of quality standards, procedures and best practices across project teams to strengthen a culture of quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved and support successful project closeout through effective reporting, documentation and final quality sign-off.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Quality, QA/QC, Site Engineering or Project Engineering role within Mechanical, HVAC, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial project environments.
  • Third level qualification in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems, installation standards and commissioning processes.
  • Experience operating within certified management systems including ISO 9001 (knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage project quality documentation and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary project teams.
