# Regional Planning AdministratorAdministration FulltimeRegional Planning Administrator Location: Nationwide (Ireland - office based) We're seeking an experienced Regional Planning Administrator to support and drive consistent planning and scheduling across our offices, ensuring efficient use of capacity and high-quality service delivery. What You'll Do Coordinate permanent scheduling for new and existing clients Support forward planning to maximise carer capacity Assist with annual leave planning, including peak periods Monitor planning performance and support delivery of KPIs Work closely with regional teams and the central referral function Prepare weekly updates on capacity, unfills, and planning activity About You Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar planning or scheduling role (essential) Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Empathetic, with a passion for delivering high-quality care services Benefits Competitive salary and benefits Annual Leave increased with tenure Birthdays off & more!
