Regional People Partner for Care Homes

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a People Business Partner to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role is accountable for providing guidance to leadership teams on People matters across approximately 11 care homes, with additional travel to central London as required.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant HR experience, be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience, and demonstrate proven competencies in supporting complex employee relations issues while leading cultural change initiatives.
