Regional People Advisor - ER & HR Partner

KAEFER is seeking a Regional People Advisor to join our Nuclear & Defence Team. The role is based between the Hinkley Point C site office and Devonport, Plymouth, on a permanent full-time basis, providing generalist employee relations support to managers and staff.

You will drive continuous improvements, ensure compliant processes, maintain GDPR-aligned records, and support recruitment and onboarding activities where needed.
