Package & Benefits

• Salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Home Managers across 2 residential homes and 1 nursing home.
• Drive quality, performance and operational consistency across elderly care services.
• Support regional growth plans, including expansion into new service areas.
• Help embed a positive, accountable and service user focused culture.

About You

• Experience in a multi site leadership role within elderly residential or nursing care.
• Background managing or overseeing care home services at Home Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager level.
• Learning disability service exposure would be an advantage.
