Regional Operations Manager - Care Homes (Multi-site)

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the management of care homes in Eastbourne and Oxon. The successful candidate will ensure quality assurance and compliance while developing services as needed.

The role requires strong management skills, awareness of CQC standards, and the ability to travel. A nurse qualification is preferred but not essential. The salary offered is between £80,000 and £90,000 plus a package.
