Job Description
Blank Street, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores and the GMs who run them. You will hire, coach and develop an A team of leaders, and own your area's PnL, planning, prioritisation and execution to lift store performance daily.
You'll report to the Director of Operations and work with the Field Leadership team to scale the next generation of leaders while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
