Job Description
Regional Operations Analyst

YOUR ROLE

Step into the heart of CEVA Logistics and become the driving force within the control tower team. As an Operational Analyst, you will be at the centre of the action, coordinating global shipments, solving problems in real time and keeping our customers' supply chains running smoothly 24/7.

You will own the flow of information, events and execution across one of our largest accounts: booking transport, monitoring milestones, spotting issues before they escalates, ensuring every shipment stays on track and every stakeholder stays informed.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Manage the smooth flow of daily transport operations by coordinating customer orders, booking shipments and monitoring progress across multiple orders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational queries, handle requests and disruptions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Investigate data inconsistencies, support KPI reporting and help maintain compliance with CEVA processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Highly organized, detail driven individual with strong communication skills and confidence to manage fast moving operations.
  • Comfortable working with data, resolving issues quickly and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain is a bonus, but strong transferable skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for operational excellence are equally valued.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

  • Competitive annual leave entitlement with a holiday buy scheme.
  • Pension and life assurance.
  • Access to an employee benefits platform offering discounts on gym memberships and money off vouchers for a diverse range of retail, travel and hospitality brands.
