Job Description

We are actively recruiting for a Regional Nurse Manager for East / South Kent.

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience working at a senior level, leading a team of nurses / carers.

The Regional Nurse Manager will:

• Have line management responsibility of 4 - 5 Nurse Managers
  
• Manage a small caseload of complex care clients in the Kent area,
  
• Drive quality, governance and safeguarding standards
  
• Supporting service growth, package mobilisation and relationship management with commissioners and stakeholders.
  
• Leading audits, investigations, clinical reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of five years' post-registration experience.
  
• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
  
• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
  
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

• Our client will offer you a salary of £60,000 plus a company car on completion of the probation period.
  
• 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, although some flexibility may be required due to the nature of healthcare.
