Job Description

Your role as Regional Sales Director is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's development sites and throughout our estate agencies. Your role involves delivering maximum value for your developers while winning new projects and developments.

To ensure our client value contribution exceeds industry standards, you will play a key role in identifying and brokering prospective residential development sites across Berkshire. You will be responsible for managing the performance of one of the UK's most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, providing specialist management and business development services.

Your responsibilities include maximising income and profit for Spicerhaart's Land and New Homes team, reporting to the New Homes Director, Claire Drewett.

This role is ideal for continuing your Regional Director career, overseeing individual performance of various area operations, maintaining standalone profitability, managing costs, ensuring return on investment (financially and in manpower), and controlling debt. You will also oversee compliance and system performance, both internal and external, and contribute to streamlining business activities to maximize results.

Your experience will assist in creating and producing centralised, client-facing marketing, working with our in-house marketing team and engaging in PR opportunities. Daily, you will be driving and securing placements of new homes instructions related to prospective development sites.

The main focus of your role is to be a major business winner for Spicerhaart, enhancing our industry reputation and expanding our network contacts.

Qualifications - the "fit"

This role suits a current Regional Sales Director or someone training for this position within Land and New Homes. You should have a passion for your work and demonstrate how you embed this passion in your role. You must be results-oriented and accountable, acting with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A proven track record in a similar role in Land and New Homes
  • A consistent achievement record in estate agency or new homes development
