Your ambition: to establish a service and quality level that aligns with the standards of upscale hospitality while sustainably enhancing the performance and stability of the locations. Your network and client relationships primarily focus on ensuring:You shape the character of our establishments on-site and ensure that every service is delivered with tangible care, consistent excellence, and high attention to detail. As a guarantor of our commitments, you embody our values and ensure an excellent guest and customer experience. At the same time, you are responsible for achieving the financial goals of your establishments and ensuring strict adherence to our core tasks of excellence and compliance with standards.You will conduct regular on-site visits, implement strict quality controls, and manage action plans for sustainable continuous improvement and development of your teams. You will accompany and coach the operations managers, identify and develop talents, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and ensure proactive management of absences.Financial Performance and Quality of ResultsYou are responsible for budget planning, result controlling (actual/forecast), and the implementation of effective and measurable optimization measures.Safety and ComplianceYou ensure the application and monitoring of HACCP systems and strict adherence to regulations concerning occupational health and safety.Customer Relationships and SupportYou will conduct at least one visit to each location, including structured performance evaluations, detailed and consistent follow-ups of agreements, and competitiveness. In this position, you provide tailored solutions that align budget requirements, existing infrastructures, and specific customer demands.Projects and DevelopmentYou will manage projects for continuous improvement and investments, and professionally oversee the opening and closing of locations.Onboarding and Integration:You will undergo training in the Romandy region (about 2 weeks), being present on-site (Monday to Friday) to get in-depth insights into culture, standards, tools, and work processes of Eldora. On weekdays, assignments are carried out, and weekends are typically free.
