Regional Lead, Recruitment & Employer Engagement

Sovereign & Bale is seeking a Lead Recruitment Manager to drive regional employer engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and lead recruitment activity across the North East. You will manage a portfolio of employer accounts, secure vacancies, and coach Recruitment Managers to achieve high performance.
