Regional KYC Operations Leader - AML & Compliance

Northern Trust is seeking a Regional KYC Operations Manager in Limerick to lead end-to-end AML/KYC service delivery and drive governance, controls, and regulatory readiness across all Limerick-based teams.

You will oversee onboarding, reviews and client exits, ensuring high-quality KYC outcomes, adherence to SLAs and enterprise risk appetite, while mentoring senior KYC leaders and partnering with Compliance, Risk and Legal on audits and regulatory initiatives.
