Job Description

Mears Group is seeking a Regional Health and Safety Manager to cover branches in Croydon, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Tower Hamlets. You will implement and manage SHE across contracts, monitor compliance, and drive a strong safety culture. Travel to branch sites is essential.

The role requires NEBOSH, extensive SHE management experience, and IOSH membership. You will report to senior management and train staff while developing the SHE strategy across regions.
