Job Description

Cynergy Group in Lincolnshire is seeking a Head of Operations - North to oversee six residential care homes (239 beds) across Lincolnshire. This senior, hands-on role requires regular presence in our sites and accountability for governance, quality and commercial performance.

You will coach Home Managers, drive regulatory readiness (CQC) and lead continuous improvement while supporting growth from 7 to 13 homes.
