Regional Head of Culinary, SE England - Lead & Standards

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Regional Head of Culinary for SE England, based from our Hook Norton offices near Banbury.

You will lead and mentor our chef teams, drive food quality standards within budget, and support regional directors in planning and mobilising new contracts. This role focuses on coaching, training, setting standards, recruitment, and financial oversight across the region, with safety and compliance at its core.
