Job Description

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee pubs across Hampshire and West Sussex. You will lead multiple leased and tenanted sites, develop strategic plans to boost regional profitability, and ensure high retail standards.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed. You will mentor Publicans and work with the Pubs Code to maximise performance.
