Regional Field Lead - Brand Activations & People Development

Salary: £26,480 - £29,000 FTE (pro-rata £10,592 - £11,600 for 14hrs/week) + bonus + expenses, 34p per mile

Location: Cambridge, Luton, Norwich, Colchester & surrounding areas

Working: 14 hours per week across 2 days (Friday - Sunday)

Overview

We are seeking a Field Lead to act as the bridge between regional strategy and store-level execution. This isn't just about oversight; it's about elevating a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors to deliver world-class experiential marketing.

Your Impact

• Coach for Excellence: Move beyond "supervision" to active mentorship. You'll be responsible for the professional growth and performance of our field teams.
• Drive Store Partnerships: Act as the face of the brand for Store Managers, navigating challenges and ensuring "Gold Standard" activation placement.
• Quality Assurance: Use your eye for detail to audit brand presence, ensuring every consumer interaction is premium.
• Performance Analytics: Instill a data-driven culture where KPIs aren't just met-they are exceeded.
