Regional Director, Care Home Operations

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an experienced field-based leader to oversee a portfolio of care homes. You will drive safety, quality and strong commercial results while developing high-performing Home Managers across the region.

You will coach leaders, use data to guide decisions and partner with commissioners to ensure residents receive exceptional care. Regular travel and regional on-call responsibilities are involved.
