Location: You will be based within a 1-hour drive of the Southwest region (Guildford/Southampton). For business reasons, we can only consider candidates matching these criteria.
DSG Finance is seeking a high-calibre Regional Development Manager to join our elite Main Dealer Network (MDN) team. You will be responsible for increasing business by supporting our Dealer Group partners in the region.

About You:
A successful candidate will have excellent Business Manager / F+I experience and qualities such as:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Over 3 years of experience at the Business Manager level within the Motor Industry
- Strategic thinking
- Strong organisational and time management skills
About the Role:
This strategic relationship management role focuses on driving growth and dealership engagement across large national accounts and car supermarkets. You will strengthen partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and maximize dealership network utilization.
Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell DSG's finance products and services, positioning them as the preferred choice for partners and clients. Success requires proactive account development, understanding of automotive finance, and stakeholder influence to achieve commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize volume within existing key accounts by expanding DSG facilities and engaging dealerships
- Deliver presentations and training, face-to-face or remotely, ensuring dealership personnel are proficient with DSG systems and products
- Manage local key account relationships, monitor KPIs weekly and monthly, and conduct quarterly reviews
- Identify and secure new key account relationships through regular contact and presenting DSG facilities
KPIs and Drivers:
- Utilisation rate of key accounts
- Proposal numbers, conversion rates, and vision (point of sale usage)
Management:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, ultimately to the Divisional Director.
Remuneration:
- Competitive base salary plus performance bonus, OTE £80k
