Regional Commercial & Procurement Director

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to set and deliver the regional business strategy for cost control and procurement. You will monitor contractual costs, realise savings, and oversee material and subcontract procurement across multiple projects.

You will lead a team of Surveyors, Buyers and Estimators, ensuring effective staff performance and alignment with board targets while driving value and risk management.
