Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nurse) - Travel

Barchester is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across your region and lead nursing teams across multiple care homes. You will set high care standards, run audits, and support General Managers to deliver exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will be an experienced RN (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration, a teaching or mentoring qualification, and a proven track record in safeguarding, risk assessments and staff development.
