Regional Chef Manager - Premium School Catering (Daytime Hours)

Impact Food Group in Reading is seeking an Area Chef Manager to lead a high-spec kitchen across independent schools, delivering fresh, seasonal meals five days a week. You'll mobilise and train the team, manage stock and budgets, and ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met.

You will build relationships with school clients and staff, plan menus and oversee events and functions, in a role that combines hands-on cooking with strategic leadership and service excellence.
