Are you a passionate and experienced chef ready to make a meaningful impact across multiple care homes? Aria Care is looking for a highly skilled Regional Support Chef to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality across our services.

As a key member of our Hospitality Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting and mentoring chefs within your assigned region. You'll lead by example, helping to identify areas for improvement, close service gaps, and uphold the highest standards in food quality, safety, and presentation.

What You'll Do:

• Champion and implement Aria Care's Hospitality from The Heart Strategy across your region.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to kitchen teams, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure kitchens operate smoothly and in line with internal policies and external standards.
• Conduct internal audits and support the implementation of recommendations.
• Deliver consistently high-quality catering services that enhance the lives of our residents.
