Regional Care Trainer - Induction & Compliance

A regional care group is looking for a Care Trainer to deliver training across their multiple care homes. The ideal candidate will ensure that staff provide high-quality, person-centred care and maintain compliance with healthcare standards. They will be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions, documenting training activities, and supporting the development of staff in their roles. A valid UK driving license and previous experience in the Health & Social Care sector are essential. This position is full-time with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,000 per annum.
