Regional Care Operations Lead

Gold Care Homes, a well established national independent care homes group for the elderly, is seeking a Regional Support Manager. The role covers the Midlands with travel to multiple sites, driving quality improvement, new service commissioning and KPI improvements such as occupancy growth and agency reduction.

You will ideally be a Registered Nurse with leadership experience, managing short term assignments, crises when required, and supporting site managers to meet regulatory and quality
