Regional Business Development Manager - Ukraine

Your MissionDrive strategic growth across Ukraine. Take the lead in securing growth with MOD, agencies, regional administrations and donors. You will operate to strict ethics and senctions controls.
Key Responsibilities

• Sell to Ukrainian MOD, State Border Guard, State Emergency Service, regional and city administrations and international customers, foreign governments, foreign militaries and humanitarian organizations
• Capture donor-funded work with UN agencies, EU instruments, USAID, World Bank
• Build relationships with vetted local partners for in-country execution
• Lead bids and negotiations for life support, construction, logistics, healthcare, and waste in austere conditions

Requirements Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the public sector or donor sales in Ukraine with awarded contracts
• Fluent in English, plus proficiency in Ukrainian
• Proven delivery or capture in conflict or post-conflict environments
• Demonstrated track record in securing multi-year service contracts (e.g., logistics, facility management, construction, or supply chain services).

Benefits You have to be based around the Eindhoven office or in Kyiv, Ukraine. You have to travel across Ukraine and a presence at the Eindhoven office as conditions allow.Salary can be discussed and negotiated.
