Regional Business Development Manager - Spain and Italy

Your MissionDrive strategic growth across Italy and Spain. Take the lead in securing long-term partnerships with government, defence, and institutional clients - including buyers, ministries, municipalities, NATO entities in the regions.
Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close at MINISDEF Spain, Segredifesa Italy, Interior, regions, municipalities
• Lead captures end to end. Shape requirements, secure partners, price to win, negotiate to award
• Knowledge of procurement systems: Spain PLATAFORMA DE CONTRATACIÓN, Italy CONSIP and MEPA, TED
• Build high level and program-level relationships with primes at bases such as Rota, Morón, Sigonella, Aviano and any other bases
• Support the alignment of solutions in life support, construction, logistics, healthcare, and waste with SoW and national standards

Requirements Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience winning government or defence contracts in the Italian and Spanish region.
• Proven success with ministries of defence, national agencies, municipalities, or NATO/NSPA.
• Fluent in English, plus proficiency in Spanish or Italian
• Strong understanding of procurement/ tendering platforms
• Demonstrated track record in securing multi-year service contracts (e.g., logistics, facility management, construction, or supply chain services).

Benefits You have to be based around the Eindhoven office or in Spain or Italy (hybrid arrangement possible). Occasional presence at the Eindhoven site required, approximately one week per month you have to be in Eindhoven.Salary can be discussed and negotiated.
