What you will do

• Programme Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of Compulsory Purchase Orders for regeneration schemes.
• CPO Management: Prepare Statements of Reasons and oversee the full CPO lifecycle from initiation to confirmation.
• Land Assembly: Coordinate the acquisition of land for complex urban or infrastructure projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate with landowners, businesses, and developers to achieve project goals.
• Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams including planners, surveyors, and legal advisors.
