Regeneration Projects Lead - Housing & Health

Cardiff Council is seeking a Project Manager to design and deliver capital schemes across health, housing and social care priorities. You will join the Development and Regeneration Team, working with multidisciplinary teams and partners to shape briefs, manage funding and ensure benefits are realised.

The role requires experience in capital programmes within the built environment, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence across organisations.
