Refresh Engineer

We have a new opportunity working as a refresh engineer for a client of ours.

Role will require onsite working in Reading.( no work from home)

Experience required:
* Understanding of MS Surface Pro devices or similar
* Windows 10 & 11 Knowledge (OneDrive, System logs)
* Troubleshooting knowledge with device and applications
* Windows Administration (HDD cleanup)
* Some SCCM TS building knowledge
* Customer facing experience
* Device BIOS knowledge
* ServiceNow knowledge
