We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Referrals and Assessment Manager!

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will contribute to driving commercial growth across all our portfolios whilst working closely alongside Operations and Recruitment, to facilitate safe and appropriate placements.

About the Role:

You will act the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received and will lead the full cycle referral process; from assessment through to admission. The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to maintain high levels of occupancy across the organisation.

A key measure to your success will be in the incremental increase of occupancy levels throughout our services; both new and existing and you will deliver and report on clear metrics and KPIs as instructed by the Director of Business Development. Your approach will need to be reflective of our values and respect for our colleagues and the people we support.

You will drive commercial growth for the organisation by identifying, unlocking and cultivating relationships with Commissioners across ICBs and local authorities.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working with ICBs, Local Authorities, Commissioners and other Healthcare professionals.
  • A good understanding of complex Care (Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health).

  • You will be commercially focused, articulate and posses the ability to think strategically.
  • You will have exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Be comfortable securing new business and account management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule across multiple locations.
  • Full UK Driving license and a willingness to travel between sites.
Why Join Us?
  • Mileage reimbursed for travel between services.
  • Access to training and development (including compliance and safety certifications).
  • Join a growing, supportive team making a difference every day.
  • Career development opportunities as part of our expanding care group.
Our Values
  • Everybody Matters - Ensuring inclusivity and respect for all.
  • Honesty & Integrity - Maintaining transparency and trustworthiness.
