Team Leader Responsibilities: Supervise, motivate, and manage team members daily. Use your excellent communication skills to be the main point of contact. Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Lead by example to meet contract KPIs and achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Salary Range: Non-London £26,500 - £32,000
