Referral & Assessments Manager - Growth & Partnerships

Blue Ribbon invites applications for a Referrals and Assessment Manager (North West). You will lead the full cycle referral process from assessment through admission, acting as first point of contact and coordinating with Operations to maintain high occupancy.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will drive commercial growth by building relationships with Commissioners across ICBs and Local Authorities, while upholding our values and safeguarding the people we support.
