Referee Development Lead (Courses & Recruitment)

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is looking for a full-time role focused on recruiting and converting new referees through course delivery and ongoing support. You'll oversee match official appointments for various competitions, manage key relationships, and contribute to the development and retention of referees across Leicestershire and Rutland.
